Ordering Confirmation - After completing your order, you will receive an email from juju joint confirming receipt of your order. Occasionally email confirmations are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to resend returned email confirmations within one business day. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please contact us for verification. We do not send shipment confirmation emails at this time.

Damaged Goods: juju joint will endeavor to deliver your purchase free of mishaps. Insurance is included for all retail shipments, and is recommended for wholesale orders as juju joint will not accept any responsibility for uninsured shipments. juju joint will not be liable for damage occurring after acceptance of shipment. We value your business and appreciation of our products, therefore in the event that a product is damaged, will endeavor to rectify the problem. Depending upon the cause of the damage, juju joint reserves the right to determine where the responsibility lies. We will endeavor to repair your product, or, in the event that your product is damaged beyond repair and it is determined to be our responsibility, we reserve the right to replace the item with the nearest product available. (As each product is a one-of-a-kind art piece, there will be differences in shape, size, color and texture. Therefore, the style, types, and price of products will be the criteria used to match products). If no match is available, we may choose to issue you a credit or to refund your payment.

Return Policy: juju joint is a small one-person business and cannot give refunds on the return of undamaged goods, unless by prior agreement. If you are unhappy with your product, we will happily exchange it if returned undamaged within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping/insurance costs, except by prior agreement.

Disclaimer: Sea kelp is sensitive to water and heat. We recommend that all our customers use CFLs (compact fluorescent light bulbs) of no greater wattage than 40 watts in your sea kelp lamps. We offer 26 watt CFLs on this site, which are equivalent to 100 watt incandescent bulbs, and show up the beauty of the kelp nicely. If your lamp or shade is damaged from using incandescent bulbs or CFLs of higher wattage than 40 watts, juju joint will not be held responsible. However, we value your custom and appreciation of our products, and, in the event that a product is damaged, will endeavor to repair your product at your cost.
